Bryan leaned back against the desk and gave her a reassuring pat on the back.

"I'll get you any evidence you need!" Harrell snapped angrily. "When Jaliyah had lunch with Eileen today, Eileen didn't touch her food at all. The food must have been drugged; that's why Eileen didn't eat anything. Our family has contacted the restaurant, and if you want proof, I'll provide it."
Jaliyah hadn't been pregnant in the first place, and she would have had a miscarriage report prepared by now. After all, she had to keep up the pretense to the very end.
