Through eavesdropping on the conversations in the crowd, Wilbur found out that the people of Greenpeak Town had found out
through the fortune tellers that the worst tragedy they had ever seen in fifty years would being for the town in the next few
days. If the town was able to get through this tragedy, the townsfolk woulde out stronger and their luck would improve.
However, if they could not get through the tragedy, they would suffer a terrible fate.
In an attempt to mitigate the tragedy, the entire town had pooled together money to get the help of Lord Ourea, a statue of the

Wilbur was confused as to what this tragedying for Greenpeak Town could be. Was it the Night Demon? If the tragedy to befall
upon the town was the fifth Night Demon, Wilbur was going to stay here to help the townsfolk get rid of it.
Despite the fact that the seal on his chest had opened up, Wilbur at least knew that the Dark Lord would not harm him in his battle
against the Night Demon. The two of them were sharing a body, and both parties would die together.
It was not long before the statue of Lord Ourea was carried into the Mountain God Temple. The villagers formed a line to enter the
temple, offering their prayers to Lord Ourea. Wilbur did the same, bowing to the massive statue and muttering his prayers.
He took two steps backward after that, taking one last look at Lord Ourea before making way for the person behind him. Wilbur got
out of the temple and went onto the streets outside when the Dark Lord's voice suddenly echoed in his mind, 'Do you think he's
going to protect you? Do you really think you'll be able to hold your own against me? You can keep on dreaming!"
Pain shot through his chest, and Wilbur coughed up a mouthful of blood. He began to sway on his feet, eventually slumping
helplessly to the ground.

radiated out of him as the Dark Lord's aura grew stronger over time. Just then, the people saw Wilbur sprawled out on the ground
and looked at him strangely.
"What does he think he's doing?"
"Putting up an act in front of the Mountain God Temple and trying to gain our sympathy with a bit of red dye?"
