Buck thought that he would have died from the battle, only for a Dashan man to appear just as he was about to lose
consciousness. That man was Fremont Skye, and he nursed Buck back to life.
In fact, Fremont had even given Buck a part of his powers so that Buck could reach the pre-Emperor level. After that, Buck worked

Buck becmore and more powerful, practically running the black market in Eweyn. Yet the hatred within him refused to fade,
just like the scar on his belly. Anyone could have saved him, but why did it have to be a Dashan?
Dashans were seen as a lowly race by the people of Eweyn, considered to be powerless and foolish, destined to be slaves for the
rest of their lives. That was what he thought until he met Fremont and witnessed a Dashan elite before his very eyes.
Buck had be the strongest person in Eweyn, but the resentment in his chest had never gone away. It was buried deep in his
heart like a chronic ache, and Wilbur's appearance only made it worse.
Despite the fact that Fremont had helped Buck to be the owner of Tuttle Mine and he had promised Fremont to wait for his
chosen one toe, decades had passed, and Fremont was probably dead now.
There was no way his chosen one would show up, but Fremont was a stain on Buck's memory that refused to be washed out. The
buzz that Wilbur had created upon arriving in Bruille Town had stirred the hatred in Fremont's heart once more.
Thus, Buck was never going to let Wilbur leave Bruille Town. He had thought that Wilbur would be stuck in Tuttle Mine forever and
