Chapter 375 Who the hell did Austin think he was? He needed to have a good look in the mirror. Was he not afraid that his act would be exposed soon? If Warwick didn't get fired, it would be embarrassing for Austin.

Warwick wanted to say something when his phone suddenly rang. It was from the company. He was perplexed, wondering how it could be so coincidental.

Suzanne raised an eyebrow in amazement. Gabriel was pretty efficient.

Lillian didn't know that it was a call from the company and continued mocking Suzanne, "Suzanne, only a useless person would find a useless boyfriend." Warwick answered the call and greeted politely, "Good evening, Mr. Earl Albert Earl, who was on the other end of the line, barked, "Warwick, you're fired!" He did not know what trouble Warwick had gotten into to warrant a call from the CEO's office, demanding that he be fired.

Warwick was taken aback. Chills ran down his back, rendering his limbs numb. He asked nervously, "Mr. Earl, why? You can't fire me." What replied to Warwick was only the disconnect tone.

Warwick looked at his phone listlessly as if his energy was completely depleted. He murmured, "I'm finished." Why was he fired out of the blue? Everything went well at work today. Albert even told him that if he worked hard, his future would be limitless.

Now, everything that he was proud of was completely gone.

Lillian started to panic as well. She looked at Warwick anxiously and asked, "Honey, what's going on?" Was he really fired? She trusted Warwick's abilities. She must have misheard when Warwick talked about being fired.

Warwick suddenly looked up at her with resentment and malice in his gaze. Raising his hand, he slapped Lillian on the face. It was so loud that many people looked over at them.

Everyone thought that they were just having a lovers' spat and looked on with enthusiasm. After all, they were just showing off their love a moment ago, about how he had given her a bag worth 200 thousand dollars. Yet in the next moment, they were starting to argue.

Warwick berated Lillian, "You bitch! It's all your fault! You madelose my job!" If it weren't for Lillian, he wouldn't have offended Suzanne and Austin, nor would he have lost his job.

Lillian was in a daze, and she saw stars. Her cheek was swollen. She anxiously grabbed Warwick by his collar and shook her head furiously. "Honey no! It isn't me! There must be a mistake! It must be something else!" How was that possible? The man who Suzanne found was a nobody. How could a man like him fire Warwick? Warwick was a highly valued marketing manager! This time, Warwick no longer listened to Lillian. He kicked her and barked, "Get lost!" He frantically walked over to Austin and pleaded, "Sir, please forgive me. I was blind. I shouldn't have offended you."

The only person who could have gotten Albert to deal with him so quickly was Austin. Warwick no m longer cared who Austin was. He only wanted to get forgiveness and secure his job.

Lillian looked at the scene unfold in disbelief. She clutched her swollen heyd cheek and shook her head. "No, it's not him. He doesn't have what it takes."

She refused to believe that it was Austin's doing. Because if it was, it would be her fault that Warwick had lost his job. She was not planning to give upon Warwick, who constantly spoiled her and gave her whatever she wanted. No other man was as generous as him.
