Chapter 379
Richard gave him a cold, piercing look that made Theodore shut up immediately. It seemed like Richard had truly
fallen for Stephanie. He finally understood what unrequited love looked like. “Alright, | won't say anything more?
Just when Theodore thought Richard had nothing more to add, Richard spoke up coldly. “She will cry because of
what thed
done”
Theodore’s brow furrowed in conceni. “Sebastian would never let her cry”
Richard let out a knowing, almost sinister chuckle. “Send someone to check on the boxing match”
“Check what?” Theodore asked, confused.
“Her fiancé in Long Harbor, Richard replied, his tone flat.
Theodore forced a smile in disbelief. Why does everyone seem to be courting disaster? Isn't Chris supposed to be
in Long Harbor? He's on this cruise too?
Sofia had been handling sof Stephanie’s assets for the past couple of years, including this cruise. She
believed it would have been such a waste to let a big ship like that sit idle.
So she rented it out on Stephanie’s behalf. The rental incwent straight into Stephanie’s account.
But Stephanie hadn’t had much contact with Sofia and her family in recent years and probably had no idea how

the door.
Theodore shook his head. “Doesn't her fiancé in Long Harbor have his own true love? Why is he here?”
Theodore wondered, ‘Could it be that he’s finally realized how amazing Stephanie is? But she’s such a pain in the
neck-all high-maintenance and sly, dangerous nature. What's there for her fiancé to even fall for?
Richard took another drag of his cigarette, thinking about how Chris had been around Stephanie as her fiancé for
two years. It just didn’t sit right with him.
Meanwhile, Sebastian had already boarded the plane with Stephanie. As soon as they were on board, Stephanie
slipped into the restroom. Sebastian made a phone call that lasted about half an hour, but she was still in there.
Sebastian frowned and knocked softly on the restroom door. “Stefi?” he called, his voice tinged with concern.
“Yes?” Stephanie replied, her voice sounding a bit strained, as if she was in pain.
Sebastian's heart skipped a beat. “What's wrong? Open the door, he urged gently.
“No, I'll be out in a minute,” she said, her voice wavering slightly.
“You've been in there a long time,” Sebastian said, his voice low and steady. He quickly added, “Are you feeling
sick?”
“Hold on a second, Stephanie said, her voice trembling with discomfort.
After around five minutes, Stephanie finally emerged from the restroom. Sebastian had been pacing anxiously
outside, and as soon as she opened the door, he noticed her pale face. She had taken a shower and was
wrapped in a bathrobe.
Without hesitation, Sebastian pulled her into his arms. “What's wrong? Where does it hurt?”
“L. Stephanie glanced at him, her cheeks flushing slightly with embarrassment. There was a hint of resentment
in her eyes.

Sebastian prompted her gently. “Tell me,”
“It hurts... down there, she whispered, her voice barely audible. “It really hurts”
Sebastian's eyes widened in surprise, and then he understood exactly what she was referring to. He
remembered asking Macro to get smedicine. His voice was hoarse with guilt. Tm so sorry.
Tears welled up in Stephanie's eyes as she looked at him. “It really hurts,” she repeated, her voice trembling
Sebastian picked her up and carried her toward the bed. “Lethave a look,” he said, his voice firm but gentle,
Stephanie’s voice wavered in shock. “No, you can't...
“I need to check how bad it is,” Sebastian insisted, his eyes filled with concern. He had been so careful, so
gentle, but somehow he had still hurt her. Sebastian's heart ached with guilt as he looked at her.
Just as he was about to lift her robe, Stephanie grabbed his wrist. “You can’t look,” she said firmly, her voice
tinged with embarrassment.

mood.
Stephanie's face, already pale, now flushed with a deep blush. I'll just put on smedicine myself,” she
mumbled, avoiding his gaze.
“Be good, Sebastian said softly, his voice gentle but insistent.
“I don’t want to. You can’t do this,” she protested weakly.
Macro, who was passing by the lounge door, overheard their conversation. His heart skipped a beat, and he
quickly walked away, feeling a pang of sympathy. New relationships could be so clumsy and awkward, he
thought to himself.
