Chapter 469 Yura's Worry Naomi's POV: 1 +8 Pearls I had bought sfruit to visit Jasper, but as I reached he door, I overheard Rosaline's confession.

I froze, standing quietly at the doorway, a wave of disappointment sweeping over me.

So... Jasper is really in love with Rosaline, huh? Of course, Rosaline was such a kind and caring person. It was no surprise that Jasper would have feelings for her.

But here I was, just a newcomer in the acting world, and pursuing someone like Jasper felt... out of reach.

Still, my feelings for him were real.

I gripped the fruit basket tighter, torn between whether I should go inside or not.

I was just here to see Jasper. There shouldn't be any harm in opening the door and stepping in, right? Despite the heaviness in my heart, I knew I had to respect my limits. Looking at the fruit basket in my hands, I hesitated for a moment before deciding to open the door and enter.

Both of them turned when they saw me, immediately pulling their hands away from the bed covers.

Rosaline smiled warmly atand nodded. "Naomi, you're here." Jasper froze for a moment when he saw me, but then offered a polite smile.

I felt awkward but quickly composed myself, offering a soft smile as I asked, "Rosaline ... I just cto check on Jasper. Is he feeling any better?" Rosaline chuckled and stood up. "He's resting now. Since you're here, why don't you stay and chat with him? I just remembered there's something I need to take care of at the company." She grabbed her handbag, giving Jasper a gentle reminder to rest.

Jasper clearly didn't want Rosaline to leave. He opened his mouth to say something, But the only word that cout was "You ... " before he fell silent.

I stood there, awkwardly smiling at the whole situation.

Yura's POV: "Yu, you have to clook at this!” Nathan had been scrolling through his phone when suddenly he furrowed his brow and calledover.

After everything that happened with the rescue, I didn't feel suspicious of Nathan anymore. I walked over and sat beside him, confused. "What's going on? Why the big fuss?" Nathan held up his phone forto see. The screen was filled with news about Caden announcing his engagement to Heidi and Heidi trying on wedding dresses.

We had originally planned to stay in Hego for a few more days because of my parents' request. But now, we knew we had to leave immediately and figure out what was going on with Rosaline.

It was impossible that they had broken up without an explanation.

We quickly packed our things, and within two hours, we were rushing out of the door with our luggage, wearing our shoes in the entryway. I quickly told my parents, "Mom, Dad, something's happened with Rosaline, so Nathan and I need to head back. I'll visit again soon." My parents barely had tto respond before we were on our way out the door.

We had to get back fast. I wasn't sure how upset Rosaline was, but as her best friend, I needed to be there for her.

On the plane, I couldn't shake my nerves. Nathan, noticing my anxiety, tried to comfortgently. "Yu, don't worry. Maybe there's something going on with Rosaline and Caden that we don't know about." "But Caden's about to marry someone else... "I sighed, unsure how to comfort Rosaline once I saw her. "I guess I'll figure it out when I see her." Three hours later, the plane landed in Rivemon. Nathan and I rushed out of the airport, catching a cab. I immediately called Rosaline. "Hey, Rosaline, Nathan and I are back. Where are you? I need to talk to you about something."
