Dylan's heartfelt confession stirred something in Suzy, but she quickly suppressed

"Now's not the tfor romance!" Suzy pulled her hand out of Dylan's grasp
again.
"There are so many people counting on us to save their livelihoods. Focus, and stop with the useless chatter!"
Dylan nodded. "Got it."
The two of them turned their attention back to the task at hand, joining forces against the unseen enemy on the
other side of the computer.
Individually, they were formidable, but together, they were unstoppable. Half an hour later...
Looking at the now-deciphered code, Suzy finally allowed herself a small smile. "Finally, it's done!"
Dylan also felt a sense of accomplishment, not just because of the success, but because they had achieved it
together.

As they finished, their eyes met, and they exchanged a smile.
The emotions in their gazes said everything they didn't put into words.
Dylan extended his hand toward Suzy. "Miss Frost, | hope you'll be by my side for the rest of my life."
Suzy's heart skipped a beat as she looked at Dylan's broad palm. Over the years, he was the only man who could
unsettle her like this.
She couldn't understand why, out of all the men in the world, Dylan was the one who affected her so deeply.
As Allen once said, Elliot wasn't a bad choice. Even though they had a mentor- student relationship, there was
nothing inherently wrong with that—no rules prohibited such relationships from turning into something more. But
with Elliot, there wasn't even the faintest spark of romance for her.
From the very beginning, Suzy's feelings for Dylan had never truly faded, even though she once swore she'd
never go back to him.
While her emotions had changed-they weren't as intense as before there was still something there.
Looking back on those three years, it was as if she'd been under a spell, utterly fixated on being with him.
No matter how excessive his actions were, she'd never considered leaving.
She had even lost sight of who she was, changing herself for his sake.
If she hadn't faced a near-death experience, she might still be stuck in that lovesick mindset.
Now, while she still had feelings for him, it wasn't the sas before. He wasn't the only one for her anymore.
After everything that happened, Suzy felt her emotions toward Dylan had evolved.
It wasn't just love anymore; it felt like something else had intertwined with it.
It was almost like family.
As Grace once said, they were each other's family. Suzy found herself agreeing with that sentiment.
She pressed her lips together, preparing to respond to Dylan, but before she could, a string of text appeared on
the computer screen.
The message read: "What you dealt with earlier was just an appetizer The real gbegins now. | hope Miss
Frost and Mr. Wright enjoy playing."

Suzy clenched her fists, wishing she could smash the computer screen into pieces. "That bastard! When i find

Both of them assumed the next attack would target the Wright Corporation's
systems again, but they were wrong.
The enemy had gone even further this time-they kidnapped Diana.
