there was a recording of the conversation.

Suzy's hacking skills were exceptional, or she wouldn't have stood a

After digging through the phone, she found no recordings. Whoever had called and whatever they had said
would remain a mystery for now.
With her objective still unmet, Suzy knew she couldn't leave empty-handed. However, she had clearly drawn

Dylan, ever aware of Suzy's movements, had kept tabs on her the entire time. He had

directly, his tone as straightforward as ever. "It's so late, of course, she's in her room sleeping," Allen stammered

"She went out," Dylan interrupted, fixing Allen with a sharp gaze that made it clear he wasn't buying the excuse.
Allen sighed in surrender. "Fine. She went to see Evangeline. Riley was kidnapped by that lunatic woman, who's
demanding the boss kill Evangeline.
"We all know how that woman operates. She could easily kill Evangeline herself, but instead, she's using every
trick in the book to force Boss to do it. That's why Boss thinks there must be skind of connection between
her and Evangeline. Otherwise, there's no reason for that woman to go to such lengths.
"Plus, Boss said Evangeline and her late mother bear at least a seventy percent resemblance."
Dylan frowned. He knew what Evangeline looked like.
As the leader of the Yellowtail Squadron, he had access to information on many political figures worldwide.
Evangeline's resemblance to Suzy's mother was undeniable.
