Chapter 428 Chapter 428 Maleah's p.o.V.

"Let's lock them out for the night and sleep elsewhere." Fortune suggests and I tell her I will do her one better. I enjoy my dinner while talking to Elyse and in the meantI explain my plan to Fortune.

"That should teach them." She says when I am done with my explanation. After dinner I tell Elyse that Ariel will make an appointment with her when the alterations are done and then I walk back home.

Pauline has responded to my message and she will be waiting forat the location I send her, I run up the stairs to change into another outfit. I grab a small bag with everything I might need tonight, before I lock every window and close every door as I walk back down and once I am outside I lock the front door.

I make my way to our western border to meet up with Pauline and Harvey, they will takeas close to my destination as they can.

I don't have much trouble avoiding our Warriors and I hope no one with my abilities will ever be send after my Alphas, it would be too easy to get to the Pack- house. After I have crossed the border I walk towards the main road and without saying a word I get into the SUV. No one says a word as we drive to Coalfell, a city on the other side of Wolfpine and it is an easy city to get in and out of without someone seeing you.

"You better get down, Maleah." Harvey says as we reach city limits.

I slide to the floor of the SUV behind Pauline's seat, a few of the area's we have to go through have a lot of cameras and at the moment I can't use my public life as an alibi.

Pauline and Harvey are each other's alibi, they are going to have dinner in a small restaurant on the other side of the city and the good part is that it is close to where I have to go. I have a deadline though, I have ride out of Coalfell I have to get and if I miss it I am screwed.

Pauline handsthe spare key to the SUV before she and Harvey get out and I clear my mind as I close my eyes, I need to concentrate on the assignment ahead of me.

I had strouble falling asleep last night and I think the biggest problem was the size of Maleah's bed, it wasn't designed for three Lycans.

Largo and I are still getting adjusted to the fact that we are sharing a Mate with our best friends, but it doesn't scareas much as I thought it would. I think the thing that scaresthe most is finishing the house Kay started building, we don't know what Maleah ikes or dislikes and making a hfor the four of us will be a challenge.

We used our new assignment as an excuse for being unavailable until dinner, Maleah didn't mind because she needed to check in with Ariel and would use the rest of the day to get sother work done.

"This is it." Kay says as we stop in front of the three story house he build, only the outside is done because he didn't know if he would be living here with only his Mate or maybe with other males that he shares a Mate with and for that reason he never finished the interior completely.

The ground floor has an almost open lay-out, walking into the hall he points to a door to our left.

"That will be Maleah's office, it will make it easier for everyone to keep an eye on her when we are out of the territory." He says before he leads@s past the stairs into the next room, the kitchen is placed against wall of Maleah's office and the dining area is to the right of the space. The living room covers the entire back of the house and has floor to ceiling walls.

A pagoes along the back of the house and has two huge sliding doors to open up the living room even more, the Master bedroom is positioned above the living room and patio. There is a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom, but no further details like a sink or a shower and that goes for every room on the first floor.

The second floor isn't really an attic, but I can already see the furniture from Maleah's ancestors placed here and I might be able to make a space on the balcony for her to grow her own herbs.

I tell Mack and Kay my idea on the balcony and both of them start m of what I asking questions as to what I have in mind, how and where I want to place her greenhouse.

We head hto have slunch pace before we start discussing every detail for every space in the house and Kay keeps track of everything we have to buy or make to finish this house in the next few days, because we made the decision to have it done before Diablo's funeral. We want to make sure we can mark her before she has to leave the territory.

We walk through the house with everything Kay wrote down to see where we want to place it and what we need to ask Malean about. H Her office and the second floor are the easiest to take off, we will use everything that is in her house and place it in the sway she has decorated her office to make it easier for her to find everything. We all have a huge smile on our faces by the twe have walked through the entire house, have made every decision we had to make.

I can't wait to show Maleah what we cup with and what our future hwill look like completely decorated, but I doubt any of us had expected to find an empty and locked house.
